Parliamentary Football Team Debut

Tonight the UK Women's Parliamentary Football Club (aka the ultimate ladies squad) played their first ever match at Battersea Park.

Crawley Old Girls may have got the better of us - it was a 3-2 thriller - but we had the most fabulous time.

It was all about incredible women enjoying football, and having fun at the same time. Cross-party, all ages, all abilities, bonding over a love of the game.
