Park Run!

This morning I made the most of the glorious weather with a 5k Park Run at Tooting Common.

As always, the volunteers were a real boost, on hand to provide assistance and cheer us onto the finish line when any of us started to flag.

In case anyone was wondering, today's playlist included Prodigy, Nuyorican Soul and Stormzy. Now off for a kip!
