I was honoured to have been invited to Goalkeepers 18 and be part of the discussion of how we can ensure the Sustainable Development Goals are met.
Together we can work towards ending poverty
and inequality in the UK and all over the world by 2030.
The Labour Conference is always an exciting time: a chance to discuss ideas and champion Tooting as the vibrant and welcoming community it is.
One key aspect of the Conference is the wonderful organisations that it brings together. It was great to support, and meet, with so many of them over the last few days!
Tonight I gave my monthly update to the Tooting
Labour members' meeting where I was pleased to
endorse Sadiq Khan as the Labour candidate for Mayor.
It's important that his fantastic work continues. London's
housing market is on a journey of reform - long may it go on!
A great night at Balham Boxing Club, where I was the
Club Doctor for a community boxing event.
It's fantastic to see first-hand young people being
empowered through sport.
Ronald McDonald House, Tooting, house over 100 families every year whilst their children are being treated at the nearby St George's Hospital.
This weekend I was honoured to be invited to the
annual family reunion day and spend time with some of the bravest families and volunteers I've ever had the privilege of meeting.
