Elections to Wandsworth Council will take place on 7 May. Since 2022 Wandsworth's Labour Council have kept the lowest council tax in the country while still investing in brilliant local services.

Michelle Cook​

Michelle has extensive experience in the charity and health sectors and is Managing Director of Home-Start Wandsworth.

She has led organisations supporting families, older people and volunteers. Michelle also volunteers as a bereavement counsellor and is passionate about strong communities, effective leadership and compassionate local services.

Sarah Davies

Sarah is a Labour and Co-operative councillor in Wandsworth and works at Home-Start, supporting families locally. A qualified teacher, she previously taught in London primary schools.

She has a background in communications and PR, delivering national health campaigns and effective community engagement. Sarah chairs the Housing Scrutiny Committee and is passionate about improving quality of life.

Shirin Georgiani

Shirin is a dedicated public servant committed to social justice and equity, and has spent many years volunteering as a women’s, minorities and youth advocate.

​As a mother and resident of Wandsworth and trustee of a local charity, she is committed to building an equitable, more compassionate and sustainable borough for Wandsworth residents.

• You DON’T need your poll card to vote: just turn up and give your name and address.
• You now need photo ID to vote.
• You have three votes, you can vote for all three Labour candidates.
• If you make a mistake on your ballot paper, ask for another.
